Character & UI Design for Shiken
Shiken is a revision platform designed to make preparing for exams and tests fun and easy for students, with minimal stress thanks to the mindfulness techniques integrated throughout.
Responsibilities
Character design:
My role included designing Study Buddies and their Biome environments – these are characters students unlock as they use the platform, who serve as user avatars, app hosts, and mindfulness guides.
UI design:
Gamifying the mobile UI for Shiken with answer streaks and daily challenges
Flow for users creating and using their own journey maps
